Chiropractic Assistant
Kiandra Haskins
Hello, I'm Kiandra! Before I started working at the Movement, I was a stay-at-home mom for 7 years. My family is the most important thing to me. My hobbies include acrylic painting, photography, and being outdoors. If I am not out doing something fun with my husband and boys, I love to cook and draw. I look forward to meeting all of the new faces and seeing familiar ones at Movement Chiropractic.
"Kind, professional, beautiful a Dan relaxing office…. Dr Williams has given me the best adjustments I've ever had and I have such better spinal and overall health. Really addresses acute chiropractic and skeletal issues. Thank you!"

Why is Chiropractic Care Necessary in Harrison AR?
Many of our patients explain a feeling of release following an adjustment. It is also common for our patients to report a significant decrease or disappearance of their headaches following an adjustment.
There are over 300 different techniques out there. Some techniques involve delivering a highly specific and accurate hands-on thrust while another may use an instrument that delivers a light thrust. There are techniques that focus on one region while another works on them all.
Adjustments are used to put your body back to its natural state. Because we are working with bones that are protecting your spinal cords and nerves, we are very skilled. The majority of our patients feel relief following their first adjustment and continuously improve with care. The proof is with our patients that have been in use for decades and generations.

Physician-Guided Nutrition
Healing begins at the cellular level.
Your physician may recommend nutritional support to help provide the building blocks your body needs during recovery.
Depending on your condition, recommendations may include nutrients that support healthy connective tissue, normal inflammatory responses, muscle recovery, and overall wellness.
Good nutrition doesn't replace treatment—but it helps create an environment that supports healing.
Understanding Peripheral
Neuropathy
Peripheral neuropathy occurs when the nerves outside of your brain and spinal cord become damaged or no longer communicate properly with the rest of your body.
Think of your nerves like electrical wires that carry messages between your brain, muscles, skin, and organs. When those "wires" become damaged, the signals can become weak, interrupted, or distorted.
As a result, you may experience:
✔ Numbness
✔ Tingling
✔ Burning sensations
✔ Sharp or shooting pain
✔ Muscle weakness
✔ Poor balance
✔ Difficulty walking
✔ Increased risk of falls
For many people, neuropathy begins in the feet and gradually progresses upward. Over time, even simple daily activities such as walking, exercising, sleeping, or enjoying time with family can become increasingly difficult.
Why Does Neuropathy Develop?
Peripheral neuropathy is not a disease itself—it is the result of damage to the peripheral nerves.
Common causes include:
✔ Diabetes and prediabetes
✔ Poor circulation
✔ Vitamin deficiencies
✔ Chemotherapy
✔ Autoimmune disorders
✔ Back and spinal conditions
✔ Medication side effects
✔ Previous injuries
✔ Chronic inflammation
✔ Idiopathic (unknown cause)
Because neuropathy has many possible causes, identifying the underlying contributors is one of the most important steps in creating an effective treatment plan.
The Movement Neuropathy Restoration System™
At Movement Chiropractic, we believe successful neuropathy treatment requires more than simply reducing symptoms.
Healthy nerves depend on healthy circulation, proper nutrition, normal movement, muscle activation, and healthy cellular function.
That's why we developed the Movement Neuropathy Restoration System™—a comprehensive, physician-guided program that combines advanced technology, therapeutic exercise, chiropractic care, physician-guided nutrition, and personalized home therapies to support your body's natural healing processes.
Our philosophy is simple:
Restore the Nerve.
Restore the Blood Flow.
Restore Your Life.
OmniWave® Shockwave Therapy
OmniWave® Shockwave Therapy uses advanced acoustic wave technology to stimulate the body's natural healing response. The therapy is designed to support healthy circulation, encourage tissue repair, and reduce pain and inflammation without surgery or medication.
Potential benefits include:
✔ Supports healthy blood flow
✔ Encourages tissue repair
✔ Helps reduce pain and inflammation
✔ Promotes healthier tissue function
✔ Comfortable, non-invasive treatment
Improving circulation is an important part of supporting healthy nerve function, which is why OmniWave® is a key component of our neuropathy program.
ReBuilder® Therapy
Your nervous system communicates through tiny electrical signals. When peripheral nerves are damaged, those signals may become weaker or disrupted.
The ReBuilder® system delivers gentle electrical stimulation designed to activate muscles, stimulate sensory pathways, and support normal neuromuscular communication.
Potential benefits include:
✔ Muscle activation
✔ Improved circulation
✔ Sensory stimulation
✔ Improved balance and coordination
✔ Convenient home therapy
Many patients use the ReBuilder® both in our office and at home as part of their daily treatment program.
NervePlate™ Therapy
Movement is one of the body's most powerful stimulators of circulation, muscle activation, and balance.
Our NervePlate™ provides high-frequency vibration therapy designed to stimulate muscles, promote circulation, and improve stability. The system operates at frequencies above 100 Hz, allowing rapid muscle stimulation while remaining comfortable for patients.
Potential benefits include:
✔ Increased circulation
✔ Muscle activation
✔ Improved balance
✔ Better stability
✔ Enhanced lower-extremity function
Daily home use helps reinforce the progress made during your in-office treatments.
LZR UltraBright® Red Light Therapy
Our clinic utilizes the LZR UltraBright® Red Light Therapy system, which delivers therapeutic red and near-infrared wavelengths commonly used in photobiomodulation.
These wavelengths are designed to penetrate tissues and support healthy cellular activity, tissue repair, circulation, and the body's natural healing processes.
Potential benefits include:
✔ Supports healthy circulation
✔ Promotes normal cellular energy production
✔ Helps reduce inflammation
✔ Encourages tissue healing
✔ Supports overall nerve health
Treatments are painless, relaxing, non-invasive, and require no downtime.
Why We Combine These Therapies
There is rarely a single cause of peripheral neuropathy—and there is rarely a single solution.
That is why the Movement Neuropathy Restoration System™ combines multiple therapies designed to support different aspects of nerve health, including circulation, muscle activation, cellular function, movement, nutrition, and balance.
Each therapy complements the others, creating a comprehensive treatment program tailored to your individual needs.
Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a few hours or days.
Our goal is to help you move with greater confidence, improve your function, and enjoy a healthier, more active life.
Physician-Guided Nutrition
Healthy nerves require more than advanced technology—they also require the proper nutrients to support normal nerve function, healthy circulation, and the body's natural healing processes.
Many people with peripheral neuropathy have nutritional deficiencies or metabolic factors that may contribute to nerve dysfunction. As part of the Movement Neuropathy Restoration System™, your physician will evaluate your health history, neurological examination findings, and, when appropriate, laboratory testing to develop a personalized nutritional program designed to support your treatment goals.
Depending on your individual needs, your physician may recommend:
Alpha Lipoic Acid
A powerful antioxidant that has been extensively studied for its ability to help reduce oxidative stress and support healthy nerve function.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Supports cellular energy production and has been researched for its role in maintaining healthy peripheral nerve function and promoting normal nerve metabolism.
Benfotiamine
A highly bioavailable form of Vitamin B1 that may help support nerve health and protect nerve tissue from the damaging effects of elevated blood sugar.
Vitamin B Complex
B vitamins play an essential role in healthy nerve function, nerve signaling, and energy production. Maintaining adequate levels of these vitamins is important for supporting the health of the peripheral nervous system.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids help support healthy cell membranes, normal inflammatory responses, and overall nerve and cardiovascular health.
Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2
Vitamin D3 supports immune function, muscle health, and normal nerve function, while Vitamin K2 works synergistically to help direct calcium to where it belongs—supporting healthy bones and vascular health.
Our goal is not simply to recommend supplements. Our goal is to identify and address nutritional factors that may be limiting your body's ability to heal, function, and recover.
Nutrition is one more way we help support healthy nerves from the inside out.
A Personalized, Physician-Guided Treatment Plan
No two patients experience neuropathy in exactly the same way, which is why no two treatment plans should be identical.
Every patient receives a personalized treatment plan based on a comprehensive neurological examination. Your physician carefully selects the therapies most appropriate for your condition, monitors your progress throughout treatment, and adjusts your program as your nerves recover.
At Movement Chiropractic, our focus isn't simply on providing advanced technology—it's on delivering the right combination of therapies, nutrition, and physician-guided care to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
Restore the Nerve.
Restore the Blood Flow.
Restore Your Life.
